Greater Washington Chapter Inception
|

Dr. Jay J. Gopal, who was the president of ATMA, 2005-2006 describes the inception
of ATMA quoting Aristotle, "Well begun is half done" He feels gratified
to see the foundation that he laid is strong and envisions the goal of the foundation
as "service to the needy with respect to health care.
